8 October - PDI 1 Contest - 2 sections, set subject Instruments, Tools or Mechanical Detail and Own Choice. Voted for on the evening by members present at the meeting.
15 October - Follow up practical
15 October - Deadline for submitting entries to Trophy 1. Categories Portrait Prints and Monochrome Prints. Please can members entering prints also send a digital image sized as usual to the DPI entry email for club records.
22 October - Show and Tell, an opportunity to bring your images to show at the club outside the competitions. Digital images can either be sent to the usual DPI entry email, or brought on a stick on the evening, prints also welcome.
22 October - Last date for submitting entries to DPI entry email for the Creative Portrait Challenge.
29 October - Photo Challenge : self portraits (be creative)
